If you are wanting to return an item to us please follow this procedure:
- Send an email to email@example.com detailing the reason you wish to return an item.
- Demice will then issue a returns reference number.
- Securely repack the items for return in their original packaging, together with the completed a copy of your original purchase invoice endorsed with the Returns Reference.
Demice cannot take any responsibility for returned items that have not arrived back at Demice.
Please consider using a tracked parcel system to ensure that your package arrives back with us. We are not responsible for items you have posted.
You should notify us that you wish to return your item within 14 days of receiving it and then you have another 14 days to return it to Demice
It can take up to 14 days for a return to be processed once we have received your parcel. Refunds minus original delivery costs will be credited via your original payment method.
Items returned due to being faulty will have delivery cost refunded.
All items should be in an unused condition unless return is due to a manufacturing fault.
Demice are not liable for costs incurred for return postage.
